SALES ADVISOR

37.5 h - Full time

RESPONSABILITIES

• Management of calls, emails and priorities according to customer requests
• Analyze, understant and identify customer needs
• Act as a lever to promote the retention of current and future customers
• Ensure after sales follow-up with customers
• Be on the lookout for the market and know how to stand out from the competition
• Ensure that customers have a Galland experience based on the company's values, culture and etiquette
• Establish a solid client trust relationship
• Propose and research effective and fast sales strategies
• Calcule prices vs distances
• Perform other job-related tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS

• DVS (diploma of vocational studies) in sales or equivalent
• Tour operator experience (an asset)
• Knowledge of the passenger transport and/or tranvel tourism industry (an asset)
• Experience in telephone sales
• Great ability to identify potential customers and establish long lasting partners 
• Be able to calculate prices and routes according to an itinerary
• Bilingualism (oral/written) required
• Perseverance, professionalism and great autonomy
• Team spirit
